Well, we are graced with the presence of the mighty Ms. O! We are so honored to have her as a follower! She brings with her a wealth of experience and information! We are also honored to have Pete the Perch and Professor Trevor Anderson joining our little adventure. What a fun group this is turning out to be!
Oprah is right, as usual. You are an eager and enthusiastic group of treasure hunters! Remember you are looking for an item. I have been assured you will know you have found something because it will actually look odd or different. So this is not something you have seen before or would expect to see in your offices.
Oprah is also right about the fakes. There are imposters lurking all about you, so be careful. I think you will recognize the fakes. They may even state they are fakes just to frustrate you.
Finally, Oprah is right about work. Stay on the job. Your patients depend on you! Monitor the blog during your breaks. It should be obvious now that the treasure and the clues and items leading you to it are well hidden, as any self-respecting treasure would be (Even Pete agrees!). So you have time on your side. The flash-in-the-pan hunters will soon tire when then don’t find the treasure upon their cursory investigations. To the enduring souls will the treasure belong.
We will negotiate and release future clues on Fridays only. There may be intermittent posts such as this, to help you on your hunt, to answer some of your questions, and to offer hints…but only if you ask…
So keep pondering, Professor, and stay in the hunt!

Hey Everyone!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you're working hard to find that item. I hear some people are up to shenanigans agian with fake clues! Don't be fooled by imposters! During my fishnapping at Black Oak there were many pranks and "fake Pete's" going around. The real Pete, me, was almost never found! My poor grieving mother almost collapsed from sorrow. Don't give up. The real item will be found by those most persistent and diligent.
How about another fish joke?
Why did the fish blush?
Because it saw the Queen Mary's bottom!
HaHaHaHaHa....
-Pete
An item has been found! It is the imposter! Oh, but how to describe it? It is a small piece of brownish torn paper/parchment with a piece of wire poked through one and curled into loops.
ReplyDeleteIt says: “This is not the treasure. Go back and read the clue.” I tried to paste the image here but it wouldn't let me. So if you want to see it let me know and I will figure out a way.
O
I found another one stating " This is not the treasure. Go back and read the clue". I also found an image of a wave and bubbles? I am thinking the treasure is with Dr Keith Williams in the Caribbean on the boat. Maybe someone who drinks too much bubbly?
ReplyDeleteI think I have found a clue. A 5x7 brownish torn piece of paper with what appears to be an x-ray of 2 small hands.
ReplyDeleteYESS????
I found another in front of Dr Matz's office.................interesting....
ReplyDeleteAlso in Dr Williams office....intriguing......
ReplyDeleteWhat did u find, a fake clue? We discovered a picture of a child's hand with and elderly hand that says transfer values. It was found above Dr. Winter's old desk on the 2nd floor.
